Builders: Tax Exemption Deadline Approaching

Don't forget that if you have any unsold and unoccupied homes that you can apply for an exemption from property tax. You will only be required to pay taxes on the unapproved lot. Builders have until September 30th to file the appropriate paperwork. Email me at pford@charlestonhomebuilders.org to obtain an overview of the exemption and the necessary form.
